Participants will be able to identify the key issues surrounding use of buprenorphine in physician participants monitored by PHPs, including use of buprenorphine for opioid replacement therapy and chronic pain, to describe potential harm to society, PHPs, and monitored physicians by utilizing buprenorphine as a treatment modality, and to describe potential harm to society, PHPs, and monitored physicians by NOT utilizing buprenorphine as a treatment modality.
