At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to list some definitions of civility relevant to the behavior of doctors in the professional environment, describe the impacts of professional behavior, both civil and uncivil, upob colleageues, co-workers, healthcare teas, and patient care, identify strategies that are associated with and promotoe civil professional comportment amongst doctors.
